Every Friday morning, the system pulled live data from each platform, assembled it into polished branded reports, and delivered them directly to each client — automatically, without any manual input. We also built an internal dashboard so account managers could monitor performance in real time without waiting for weekly report cycles. The full system was live and tested within four weeks.
